An e-Commerce training course was recently held as part of the cooperation of iPark.Land and 10X project. The trainer Mr. Hani Swailem Abdel Hamid, who is the Chief Executive Officer of ITEX company, gave forty-five trainees this course via zoom during the dates between 22 August 2020-10 November 2020. The outline of the course can be summed up as follows: At first, the trainees were introduced to Web commerce, its importance, and how it works. They were taught afterward how to set up their own e-Commerce platforms and stores. After setting up their online stores, the trainees were asked to do a product configuration, and choose the products that might specifically interest and meet the needs of their possible customers. Once that was done and their online stores were ready, they were taught how to make e-Commerce business plans and were asked to make ones for their stores. Finally, they were introduced to e-Commerce analytics and reporting. The training was thankfully a success since the trainees managed to produce 17 online stores, which we hope will be a milestone in their future careers and the beginning of their success stories.
